Order and delivery

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link after shipment. You can also view real-time logistics information by logging into your account and checking “Order History”.

  • What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

    Standard delivery in Australia and New Zealand: 5-7 working days, the shipping fee is$9.99.Expedited delivery: 2-3 working days, the shipping fee is$19.99.It may take an additional 2-3 days in remote areas of New Zealand.For reference only, subject to the actual settlement fee

  • How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

    Orders within Australia and New Zealand are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom products require an additional 7-14 days for production. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Products and customization

  • Are the materials safe and environmentally friendly?

    Yes. All our products use food-grade eco-friendly materials: solid wood urns use FSC-certified timber, ceramic products are lead-free and non-toxic, metal fittings are stainless steel. Compliant with Australian Consumer Product Safety Standards.

  • Can I customize with engravings or photos?

    Yes. Most urns and memorials support laser engraving (up to 30 characters) and photo inlay services. Customization options are available on product pages and require an additional 3-5 business days for production.

Returns and after-sales

  • Is there a warranty?

    All products come with a 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship. Urn sealing performance is guaranteed for life. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

  • What if the product is damaged or has quality issues?

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs.

  • What is your return policy?

    Non-customized products can be returned within 30 days (must be unused, original packaging). Customized products are generally non-returnable due to personalization, except for quality issues. See “Return Policy” page for details.
